Next to the wheel and stuffing-nuts-into-chocolate-candy technology, the most brilliant thing anyone has ever come up with is filtered water. Why? Because all sorts of little things like to live in water, and those things don’t taste good. Things and stuff. There is all kinds of stuff in water and you don’t want to know about it. But why think about it if it isn’t there? Really. Don’t make a big Existential deal out of it. Just drink the good stuff.
